Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, meticulous attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. You will engage with applicants, source candidates, and support hiring managers while maintaining compliant records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience is required.
• Strong attention to detail and good record keeping.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite required.
• Excellent English communication, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Manage candidate communications through all hiring stages.
• Coordinate pre-employment screening.
• Coordinate new hire paperwork with HR and onboarding.
• Source candidates via job boards, ATS, referrals, social media.
• Schedule interviews and support managers with admin tasks.
