Job summary

Tradesmen International in Omaha, NE is seeking a Skilled Trades Recruiter (internally, Project Coordinator) to lead full-cycle recruiting for our skilled craftworker pipeline, sourcing, screening, and placing candidates with construction clients.

You will collaborate with Account Executives to fill orders quickly, maintain accurate candidate records, and drive retention through ongoing engagement and utilization strategies.

Qualifications

• Previous recruiting experience required; background in staffing, HR, or client/customer relations preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with iCIMS or another ATS a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Comfortable using data to guide decisions and drive results.
• Construction industry knowledge a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle, high-volume recruiting to build and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified craftworkers.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates using standardized assessments, both virtually and in person.
• Fill client orders by matching craftworkers with proven safety and skill records to project needs.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and lead lists to track skillsets, interests, and availability.
• Drive craftworker retention through ongoing engagement, relationship-building, and utilization strategies.
• Partner closely with Account Executives to align craftworker availability with client demand and support order fulfillment.
• Monitor project timelines and craftworker assignments, providing proactive updates on availability and project end-dates.
• Ensure all candidates meet safety qualifications and maintain accurate safety and training records.
• Provide inside sales and client-facing support as needed.
