Job summary

Roberts Oxygen, headquartered in Rockville, MD, is seeking a Recruiting Specialist to partner with hiring managers to source, evaluate, and select top talent across our industrial, medical, and specialty gas divisions.

The role covers full lifecycle recruiting, job postings, screening, offers, background checks, and maintaining ATS records; you will advise managers on pay, promotions, and benefits while reporting key recruiting metrics and driving process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or related experience in the HR field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience providing full life-cycle recruiting supporting transportation, retail, and/or industrial positions.
• Experience using an ATS; Workable preferred; system implementation a plus.
• Must have attention to detail and ability to work independently with a results focus.
• Excellent writing skills and adaptability in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Create job postings and source, screen, and generate employment offers.
• Develop job descriptions and employment advertising; coordinate background checks, drug screening, and reference checks.
• Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates.
• Maintain ATS records and support module upgrades and process implementations.
