Ro Health in Ballard, WA is seeking an entry-level Staffing Consultant and Healthcare Recruiter to support hiring needs across the Pacific Northwest. This onsite role focuses on connecting healthcare providers with client facilities, building recruiter-led pipelines, screening candidates, and fostering provider relationships.

You will drive the full placement cycle from outreach and interviews to onboarding support and wage discussions, and contribute to go-to-market activities, including

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the staffing and placement process between healthcare providers and client facilities in the Pacific Northwest
• Develop and manage relationships with Client Organizations and a pool of healthcare providers
• Interview and screen candidates for placement
• Assist in facilitating the onboarding process with candidates
• Strategize, develop, and execute a marketing plan
• Negotiate wages with prospective candidates
• Network with trade associations
