Job summary

Hunt Companies, Inc. is looking for a Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting for non-exempt roles across the United States. You will source, screen, interview, and extend offers while partnering with hiring managers to develop recruiting plans and timelines.

You will also handle onboarding, communicate benefits and policies, and provide regular recruiting analytics. A Bachelor’s degree in HR/Administration and 1–3 years of experience are preferred, with strong MS Office skills and a proactive

• 1–3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers.

Responsibilities

• Supports full-cycle recruitment for positions across the United States.
• Screens applicants and conducts interviews; writes offer letters and negotiates offers.
• Develops recruiting plans with hiring managers.
• Publicizes openings and builds a pool of qualified candidates.
• Onboards new hires and communicates benefits, policies, and procedures.
• Generates recruiting reports and analyzes performance data.
• Builds relationships with passive candidates and talent pools.
