Integrated Real Estate Group is hiring a Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment for corporate, construction, and community teams. The role requires collaborating with hiring managers to refine job descriptions, interview processes, and pay ranges, while posting accurately and maintaining postings in the ATS.

The ideal candidate will source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter and conduct interviews by phone, in person, or via Microsoft Teams.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Familiarity with ATS and resume databases; JazzHR preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; in-office 5 days/week.
