Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year in recruiting, customer service, and/or sales.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience or exposure to an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates using diverse methods.
• Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Provide guidance through the recruitment process and interview prep.
• Engage with community partners and attend local networking events.
• Weekly client visits and onsite check-ins for high-volume clients.
• Host job fairs and recruitment events in the market.
• Maintain data in the applicant tracking system.
