Addison Group is seeking an experienced Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple departments in a fast-paced environment. The role focuses on identifying, attracting, and securing top talent through proactive outreach and relationship-building with candidates and hiring leaders.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years in recruiting, a Bachelor's degree in HR or Business, and proven experience with ATS and Microsoft Office. Some travel to recruiting events will be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of recruiting experience in high-volume environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel to recruiting events as needed.

Responsabilités

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple departments.
• Source and engage candidates via platforms, referrals, and events.
• Collaborate with hiring leaders to define role requirements and hiring strategies.
• Screen candidates and conduct interviews to assess fit.
• Build pipelines to meet current and future hiring needs.
