Addison Group is a fast-growing private staffing firm specializing in contract and direct hire staffing and consulting services. We are seeking a Recruiter to prospect candidates, develop matching strategies, and partner with BD managers to fulfill client needs.

The role focuses on identifying, networking, and selling to candidates, maintaining pipelines, negotiating pay rates, and documenting conversations for reporting. Addison Group values People First, Process Second.

Responsibilities

• Identify, network, and sell to potential candidates using our internal database, job boards, and social networking.
• Maintain and update a prospective candidate pipeline by cold calling/prospecting calls.
• Develop and maintain candidate relations through relationship-driven calls and meetings.
• Negotiate pay rates and close deals in accordance with company goals and expectations.
• Document all candidate conversations for historical data and productivity reporting.
• Represent Addison Group in a professional and positive manner in all interactions.
