Job summary

Think Together is hiring a Recruiter II to lead full-cycle recruitment for part-time and full-time roles across multiple schools and programs. You will collaborate with leaders to understand staffing needs, design sourcing strategies, manage candidate experiences, and guide hires through six key stages—preparing, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offering and onboarding.

The role requires excellent communication, organization, and decision-making in a high-volume, high-quality environment;

Qualifications

• 1-2 years’ recruiting or sales experience required.
• High volume recruiting or staffing agency experience highly preferred.
• Must pass Live Scan (criminal background check via fingerprinting).
• Satisfactory Tuberculosis Test

Responsibilities

• Meet and/or exceed recruitment KPIs as assigned.
• Maintain confidentiality of candidate and staff information.
• Attend staff, program and department meetings as required.
• Attend in-person leadership and team meetings as required.
