Job summary

One Hope United is seeking a Recruiter to manage the full-cycle recruitment process, collaborating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, develop sourcing strategies, and ensure a positive candidate experience.

This role emphasizes data-driven, KPI-focused recruiting, including tracking time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, candidate quality, and diversity metrics, while maintaining ATS records and guiding interview practices in compliance with employment laws.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of recruiting experience, preferably nonprofit, social services, healthcare, or education sectors.
• Ability to analyze recruiting data and meet defined KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offers.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and partnerships.
• Partner with Hiring Managers to define role requirements, competencies, and interview strategies.
• Guide Hiring Managers on interviewing best practices, candidate evaluation, and selection.
• Ensure professional and mission-aligned candidate experience with timely communication and follow-up.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and track recruiting metrics.
