Job summary

Doen in Van Nuys, CA is seeking a Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting in a hybrid setup (3 days in office, 2 work from home). The role is exempt with an annual salary range of $75,000 to $95,000.

You’ll partner with hiring managers, build pipelines, screen, interview, negotiate offers, and hand off onboarding while keeping accurate ATS records.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in recruiting across multiple functions and strong sourcing skills, with experience using Rippling or Greenhouse.

Job description

Hybrid work in Van Nuys, CA (3 days in the office, 2 work from home) and an exempt role with an annual salary range of $75,000 to $95,000. In this Recruiter position at Doen, you’ll own full-cycle recruiting, collaborate closely with hiring managers, and help ensure candidates receive a responsive, high-quality experience supported by accurate ATS records.

What you’ll do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting, including intake, sourcing, screening, interview scheduling and coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding handoff

How you’ll work with others

This role reports to the VP, Human Resources and supports compliant, high-quality candidate experiences. You will also communicate contract and compliance directives effectively and consistently, encourage interactive discussion, and maintain an open-door approach to information sharing.

You will model professionalism by following policies and procedures, maintaining effective working relationships, and bringing a proactive, positive attitude to challenges. Strong attendance habits are expected, including the ability to work additional or varied hours at times to accommodate workflow.

What you bring

• 3+ years of recruiting experience
• A proven record recruiting across multiple functions (not limited to hourly or retail roles)
• Strong sourcing skills with comfort building pipelines from scratch
• Experience working with an ATS, including Rippling, Greenhouse, or similar systems
• Sharp communication skills and the ability to act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers

• Model good attendance by adhering to the regular work schedule, with flexibility as needed

Work setup and physical requirements

• Periods of sitting at a desk, typing, sketching, and working on a computer
• Ability to lift/move/push/pull objects up to 25 lbs

• Ability to operate equipment such as computers, copy machines, and phones
• Ability to access various areas of a given location
