SNI Companies, a boutique recruiting firm with a national presence, is seeking a full-time recruiter in Jacksonville, FL. You will manage the full-cycle recruitment process, source candidates, screen, interview, and place qualified candidates to meet client needs.

Responsibilities include handling salary discussions, writing job descriptions, and maintaining candidate records in ATS while building client relationships and ensuring a positive recruitment experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting, staffing, or talent acquisition.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple open positions and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, Microsoft Office, and online recruiting platforms.
• Strong interviewing, candidate evaluation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and deliver results.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for a variety of positions across multiple industries.
• Source candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, ATS, referrals, and other platforms.
• Review resumes, conduct phone screenings, and assess qualifications and fit.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers and provide timely updates.
• Submit qualified candidates to clients with detailed summaries of experience and skills.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand hiring needs and goals.
