Job summary

Edward Rose & Sons is seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our Bloomfield Hills team. This role covers full life-cycle recruiting, partnering with managers to determine staffing needs and drive hires across our portfolios in Bloomfield Hills and Flint.

The ideal candidate will manage the ATS and onboarding processes, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and ensure compliance with relevant laws. This position requires travel to various locations and a strong focus on candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field or 3–5 years of recruiting experience.
• Experience in property management is preferred.
• Experience using UKG Pro or other ATS is preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Office programs is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage full life-cycle recruiting to meet staffing goals across all levels.
• Oversee ATS and onboarding gateway through the HRIS (UKG) and train managers on processes.
• Handle high-volume openings across multiple functions, hourly and salaried roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and ensure timely requisitions.
• Conduct phone screens and interviews; manage scheduling, references, and background checks.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state laws and regulations, including affirmative action where applicable.
• Prepare offer letters and oversee onboarding for a smooth new-employee experience.
