Responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract diverse high-quality talent.
• Partner with agencies to define requirements, postings, and interview processes.
• Source and screen candidates via platforms, networks, referrals, and outreach.
• Conduct behavioral and technical interviews and provide hiring recommendations.
• Manage candidate communications for a transparent, professional experience.
• Maintain ATS data integrity and regulatory compliance.
• Build relationships with internal and external partners to strengthen pipelines.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of recruiting processes and metrics.
