Kelly is seeking a Recruiter to support our West Chester Township, Ohio branch. This role manages the full life cycle of recruiting for a variety of local positions, using Bullhorn to attract and screen applicants.

You will partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, ensure fair assessment practices, and maintain accurate candidate records. The role emphasizes relationship-building with candidates and HR partners in a dynamic industrial marketplace.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of high-volume, full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience in an industrial or warehouse environment is required.
• Ability to attract, source, and screen passive prospects and active applicants.
• Strong time-management, multitasking, and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage full life cycle recruiting for a variety of positions across the local market.
• Attract, source, and screen candidates through job boards and Bullhorn.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and staffing needs.
• Ensure the assessment and selection process uses consistent, fair, and equitable practices.
• Build strong relationships with candidates, clients, hiring managers, and HR partners.
• Maintain accurate and timely candidate records throughout the recruiting process.
