Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of high-volume recruiting in an industrial/warehouse/manufacturing capacity.
• Experience with ATS & VMS platforms (Bullhorn, Workday, Beeline, Fieldglass or similar).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Full life cycle recruiting for a variety of positions across multiple levels and geographic markets.
• Attracting, sourcing and screening passive prospects and active applicants.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity in the VMS/ATS systems.
• Partner with Hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure fair, consistent assessment processes.
• Spanish professional proficiency required.
