Job summary

Morales Group, a staffing and supply chain solutions company based in Indianapolis, is seeking a Recruiter responsible for end-to-end recruitment and candidate placement. The role involves managing the full cycle from onboarding to interviews, with emphasis on building relationships with clients and candidates.

You will conduct candidate interviews, maintain detailed Bullhorn records, and assist with walk-in applicants and onboarding.

• Ability to conduct candidate interviews and assess qualifications
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Manage the recruitment cycle from start to finish including onboarding, interviews, screening and placement
• Conduct candidate interviews to ensure proper qualifications
• Enter interview data into Bullhorn with accuracy
• Assist with walk-in applicants and onboarding
• Develop relationships with clients and candidates to support placement goals
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients and track status
• Travel to recruiting events and client sites as required
• Maintain up-to-date records in the Bullhorn database
