Job summary

Harvard Maintenance in Nashville is seeking an experienced Bilingual Recruiter to support high-volume staffing for frontline field positions. You will partner with operations and hiring managers, identify staffing needs, source candidates, and coordinate the full hiring process.

This hybrid role requires fluency in English and Spanish, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and experience with an applicant tracking system (iCIMS preferred).

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Experience with high-volume recruiting for frontline/hourly positions.
• Experience with onboarding processes and coordinating background checks.
• Experience using an ATS, preferably iCIMS.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for high-volume frontline and field positions.
• Source candidates through job boards, partnerships, events, referrals, and other channels.
• Screen and interview candidates in English and Spanish.
• Coordinate onboarding, background checks, and pre-employment requirements.
• Maintain accurate candidate and requisition information in the ATS.
• Participate in onsite hiring events and recruitment initiatives.
• Deliver a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
