You will build strong relationships with leadership, HR, and hiring managers to fill both hourly and salaried roles while ensuring a positive candidate experience. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2+ years of recruiting experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Experience supporting full-cycle recruitment and hiring for both hourly and salaried roles.
• Strong sourcing capabilities and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the full-cycle recruitment process across the manufacturing facility.
• Partner with leadership, HR, and hiring managers to define staffing needs.
• Develop and maintain candidate pipelines through diverse sourcing channels.
• Coordinate interview schedules and onboarding activities.
• Track recruiting metrics and maintain accurate ATS records.
