Job summary

PIM Brands, Inc. in Somerset, New Jersey is seeking a Recruiting professional to join our HR team on-site.

The Recruiter will manage the full-cycle recruitment process for manufacturing and corporate roles, build pipelines, and partner with hiring managers to fill open positions efficiently. You will coordinate onboarding, background checks, I-9 and E-Verify, and contribute to workforce planning and recruitment analytics.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting.
• Experience recruiting within manufacturing, food production, industrial, distribution, or logistics.
• Experience using ATS (SuccessFactors), HRIS, and recruitment technologies.
• Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Fluency in English; Spanish and/or French is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offers.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Coordinate onboarding activities, background checks, I-9 and E-Verify requirements.
• Generate recruitment metrics and support workforce planning with operations.
• Partner with hiring managers and third-party agencies to fill open positions.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience and compliance with GMP and safety standards.
