Balance Staffing is seeking an experienced high-volume recruiter who thrives in fast-paced, operational recruiting environments. This role focuses on light industrial, manufacturing, warehouse, or production hiring, and requires managing large candidate pipelines, frequent hiring events, and tight start-date deadlines.

You will drive candidates from sourcing to start, delivering speed, quality, and a strong candidate experience in a high-throughput environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years recruiting experience.
• Proven sourcing and candidate assessment abilities.
• Experience supporting light industrial or manufacturing hiring.
• Ability to manage large pipelines and tight deadlines.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and market trends.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for high-volume light industrial roles.
• Execute high-volume hiring events and rapid interview days.
• Source candidates via job boards, referrals, texting campaigns, and outreach.
• Screen and move candidates quickly while ensuring compliance.
• Collaborate with operations to align hiring plans with start dates.
• Maintain large pipelines and steady candidate flow.
• Track progress and report pipeline health and starts.
• Deliver a positive candidate experience in a high-throughput environment.
• Adapt to changing priorities and headcount needs.
