Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting experience is required.
• Experience in a seasonal, hospitality, or high-volume environment is preferred.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (Workday or similar) and Office 365 is required.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with a wide range of personalities.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for assigned business units, partnering with hiring managers throughout the process.
• Screen candidates, create job requisitions, and coordinate offers and onboarding.
• Drive hiring manager engagement and accountability by maintaining consistent communication and timelines.
• Coach and support managers on interview best practices and use of recruiting systems.
