Job summary

Acara Solutions, an Aleron Company, is seeking a Recruitment Specialist for a fully remote role serving candidates in the San Jose, CA area. You will source, screen, and place contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent roles for a diverse client base.

The position emphasizes exceptional customer service, relationship-building, and end-to-end recruitment processes, offering professional growth in a dynamic organization.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of relevant experience; experience recruiting for technical and advanced manufacturing is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients and candidates.
• Results-oriented mindset focusing on delivering exceptional service and exceeding client expectations.
• Proficient computer skills with one year of prior experience using the MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Receive and vet job orders, securing approval from management to source, screen, interview, and present candidates to clients for consideration.
• Exercise independent judgment and strong interviewing skills to match candidates with suitable placements.
• Maintain performance benchmarks outlined by the company, including recruitment metrics, community networking, and candidate placement follow-up.
• Act as a liaison between Acara, clients, candidates, and contract employees, representing our company's values with professionalism and integrity.
• Provide administrative oversight for contract employees and ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Cultivate community relations through active engagement and community activities.
• Retain a pool of temporary/contract employees to meet client demands.
• Collaborate closely with fellow Recruitment Specialists to address client needs effectively.
• Maintain regular communication with customers to address and resolve escalated personnel matters.
• Uphold high ethical standards and maintain confidentiality at all times.
