Job summary

Bay West is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle recruiting across the organization. You will partner with hiring managers, develop sourcing strategies, and guide candidates from first contact to offer. The role emphasizes organization, initiative, and relationship-building, with a hybrid schedule requiring about three days in the St.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Human Resources.
• 3+ years managing all phases of recruitment and hiring process.
• Familiar with ATS and other HR software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with negotiation ability.
• Proactive, independent, and deadline-driven.
• Knowledge of applicable hiring laws and best practices.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage all phases of the recruitment process.
• Collaborate with managers to draft job descriptions and hiring criteria.
• Create sourcing strategies for various roles.
• Identify and implement efficient recruiting methods based on role and industry.
• Provide a high-touch candidate experience throughout recruitment.
• Own posting and advertisement processes using ADP Workforce Now and other platforms.
• Screen resumes to align with job requirements.
• Schedule and manage interview logistics; prepare interview materials.
• Assist with interview process and participate in interviews with stakeholders.
• Assist with offer process, advising salary ranges, start dates, and incentives.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
• Organize recruitment events, job fairs, and outreach activities.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
