Job summary

Premier Medical Resources in Northwest Houston is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist - RCM to manage full-cycle recruitment for Revenue Cycle Management roles. You will partner with HR Business Partners, RCM leaders, hiring managers, and stakeholders to understand staffing needs and craft effective sourcing strategies for specialized positions.

Knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle operations is a strong asset to identify qualifications and build pipelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 4 years of experience in lieu of education.
• 2 years of experience in talent acquisition in healthcare.
• Experience recruiting for Revenue Cycle Management roles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide advice to hiring managers on requisition creation and postings.
• Review requisition information for accuracy and approvals.
• Partner with RCM hiring managers to define role requirements and sourcing strategies.
• Proactively source candidates via networking and industry channels.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future RCM roles.
• Engage passive candidates and promote the employer brand.
