Verkada Inc. is seeking a Technical Recruiter for the Product team to own full-cycle recruiting across multiple groups, embedding with hiring managers and executives to drive proactive sourcing and diverse, critical hires. The role requires onsite work at our San Mateo HQ.

You will partner with Product leaders, optimize hiring processes, and build a deep understanding of team dynamics to compete for top talent in a fast-paced environment. This is a fully on-site role in San Mateo, CA.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience for technical or complex, niche positions.
• Demonstrated ability to generate a targeted, high-quality pipeline.
• Strong stakeholder alignment including influencing senior Product leadership.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with timely updates.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
