Job summary

SSR Mining Inc. is seeking a Recruiter in Valmy, NV to lead full-cycle recruitment for high-volume staffing. You will source, screen, interview, and guide candidates through the hiring process while partnering with hiring managers and HR teams.

You will contribute to employer branding, track recruitment metrics, and build strong candidate pipelines to support our growing operations. Experience with Workday and HRIS is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or equivalent.
• 3+ years HR experience, mine experience a plus.
• Knowledge of federal and state employment laws and practices.
• Knowledge of HRIS/ATS; Workday experience a plus.
• Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute full-cycle recruitment for high-volume staffing, building relationships with hiring managers.
• Source candidates via outreach, job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
• Screen resumes, interview candidates, guide them through the process.
• Coordinate interview schedules and debriefs with hiring teams.
