Job summary

SSR Mining Inc. is hiring a Recruiter to partner with Human Resources and site teams on talent acquisition programs. The role focuses on full-cycle recruitment, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding across multiple locations, including onsite interviews as needed.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in business or HR and 3+ years in HR, with familiarity in HRIS systems and Workday. You will contribute to employer branding and recruitment metrics to drive a high-performing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
• 3+ years previous experience working in human resources, previous mine experience a plus.
• Knowledge of federal and state regulations and employment practices.
• Knowledge of HRIS/Workday is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute full-cycle recruitment for high volume staffing.
• Source high-quality candidates through proactive outreach, job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and guide candidates through the interview process.
• Coordinate interview schedules and debrief sessions with hiring teams.
• Partner with communications to contribute to employer branding and recruitment marketing campaigns.
• Track recruitment metrics and build robust candidate pipelines.
• Collaborate with HR teams to ensure seamless candidate and employee experience.
• Align Workday workflows with hiring processes to improve efficiency.
• Support vendor partnerships and HR initiatives.
