You will source, screen and hire qualified talent for mine sites and corporate offices, partnering with hiring managers to build strong pipelines for high-demand roles. Your day-to-day includes crafting accurate job descriptions, coordinating interviews, tracking candidate pipelines, and promoting our values and compensation packages to attract top professionals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field, or 3–4 years of recruitment experience.
• Experience in mining or construction is preferred.
• Ability to manage high-volume scheduling and track candidate pipelines.

Responsibilities
