This fully onsite role involves full-cycle HR responsibilities for approximately 200 employees. Candidates must be bilingual in Spanish and possess strong communication, employee relations, and conflict-resolution skills. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a salary up to $100K plus quarterly bonus potential. Systems experience with ADP, Kronos, and UKG is preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in manufacturing HR and onboarding.
• Experience in HRIS management and timekeeping.
• Knowledge of workers’ compensation and leave administration.
