Qualifications

• 5+ years in HR leadership; 3+ years in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Able to coach, train, and communicate clearly across all levels.
• Occasional weekend/on-call support may be needed.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the site lead for all HR functions, partnering with plant leadership.
• Own compliance, employee relations, safety, training, and total rewards.
• Be a visible presence on the production floor, building trust with a primarily Spanish-speaking workforce.

Skills
