Qualifications

2+ years full-cycle recruiting experience.
Strong communication, sourcing, and relationship-building skills.
Experience with behavioral or competency-based interviewing recommended.
Proficiency with ATS systems and documentation standards.

Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruitment for centralized and decentralized processes.
Conduct structured phone screenings and interviews using approved tools and scorecards.
Guide candidates through all stages with timely communication and a positive experience.
Collaborate with program partners and hiring managers to clarify requirements and timelines.
Develop sourcing strategies for diverse roles and maintain talent pools.
Document recruitment activities accurately in the ATS.
