You will partner with district, branch, and site leadership to forecast staffing needs and build strong pipelines for healthcare, technology, customer service, manufacturing, and other client environments.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for multiple locations.
Partner with District Managers, Branch Leadership, and Site Managers to identify staffing needs.
Create and post compelling job advertisements across multiple platforms.
Develop candidate pipelines through sourcing, networking, referrals, and outreach.
Screen applications, conduct interviews, and coordinate hiring manager interviews.
Prepare and extend job offers.
Maintain candidate engagement through regular communication and follow-up.
Track recruiting activity and staffing needs to ensure timely hiring results.
