Job summary

Securitas Security Services USA Westborough, MA is seeking a driven HR Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting across Massachusetts, partnering with operations to fill roles in healthcare, technology, customer service, manufacturing and corporate settings.

You will manage high-volume requisitions, build talent pipelines, screen applicants, coordinate interviews, and guide onboarding, while delivering a positive candidate experience and supporting workforce planning across locations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and recruiting technology.
• Ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and business leaders.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned positions across multiple locations.
• Partner with District Managers, Branch Leadership, and Site Managers to identify staffing needs.
• Create and post compelling job advertisements across multiple platforms.
• Develop candidate pipelines through sourcing, networking, referrals, and outreach.
• Screen applications, conduct interviews, and coordinate hiring manager interviews.
• Prepare and extend job offers; maintain candidate engagement and follow-up.
• Track recruiting activity and staffing needs to ensure timely hiring results.
• Build talent pipelines for high-volume and difficult-to-fill roles.
• Attend job fairs and community outreach initiatives to promote the company.
