Job summary

McGee Aegis Solutions in Allentown, PA, seeks a Recruiter to support full-cycle recruitment for individuals with intellectual disabilities and autism. You will manage applicants in ADP, conduct interviews, oversee pre-employment screenings, and guide hires through onboarding.

You will ensure compliance with Pennsylvania ODP requirements (Chapters 6100 and 6400), maintain accurate candidate records, and collaborate with HR leadership to develop strong candidate assessments and fair hiring

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent recruiting experience.
• Minimum 2 years recruiting, HR, hiring, or talent acquisition.
• Experience using an applicant tracking system.
• Ability to interpret job descriptions and screen requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from posting to offer.
• Screen resumes, interview candidates, and assess fit.
• Oversee pre-employment screenings and onboarding in ADP.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with PA ODP Chapters 6100/6400.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and coordinate with leadership.
