McGee Aegis Solutions is seeking a Recruiter to support full-cycle recruitment and onboarding. You will manage applicants in ADP, conduct interviews, assess candidates, and ensure compliance with Pennsylvania ODP requirements. Familiarity with ADP Workforce Now/Recruiting and strong interview skills are essential.

The role emphasizes regulatory knowledge, collaboration with HR leadership, and effective communication to ensure successful hires in a timely manner.

Qualificações

• Associate's degree in HR, business, or related field is required or equivalent recruiting experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of recruiting, HR, hiring, or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience conducting structured interviews and evaluating candidate qualifications.
• Experience using ADP Recruiting or comparable ATS.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the recruitment process for assigned open positions from application through offer and pre-employment clearance.
• Review resumes, applications, interview documentation, and assessments to determine minimum qualifications.
• Read and interpret job descriptions to understand education, experience, competencies, and responsibilities.
• Evaluate candidates for qualifications and cultural fit within the organization.
• Identify when an applicant may be better suited for another role and coordinate next steps.
• Conduct approximately 1–3 interviews per position and guide next interviewing steps.
• Prepare and issue approved offer letters and ensure terms are accurate.
