McGee Aegis Solutions LLC in Allentown, PA is seeking a Recruiter to support full-cycle recruitment. You will manage candidates from application through onboarding, conduct initial and follow-up interviews, review assessments, and make informed recommendations to leadership to ensure regulatory compliance and alignment with job expectations.

The role requires knowledge of Pennsylvania ODP requirements (55 PA Code Chapters 6100 and 6400) and proficiency with ADP Recruiting.

Qualificações

• Experience in full-cycle recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Ability to interpret job descriptions and translate requirements into screening questions.
• Knowledge of ADP Recruiting or similar applicant tracking system.
• Familiarity with Pennsylvania ODP regulations is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Manage recruitment process from application to offer and onboarding.
• Review resumes, applications, and assessments to determine qualifications.
• Conduct 1-3 interviews per position and coordinate subsequent interviews.
• Provide clear recommendations to leadership on candidate strengths and concerns.
• Coordinate ADP onboarding sessions and guide new hires through onboarding tasks.
• Maintain candidate records, interviews, and hiring documentation.
