Job summary

The Association for Individual Development (AID) is seeking a Specialist Human Resources Recruitment to support its mission by managing full cycle recruitment in a healthcare-focused nonprofit setting. You will post jobs, source and screen candidates, coordinate interviews, manage onboarding including offers and background checks, and ensure compliance with federal and state laws.

The role requires strong time management, organizational skills, and the ability to work with a diverse team;

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Health/Human services preferred.
• Three years general or specialized experience in recruitment or human resource administrative functions required.
• Experience in healthcare recruiting a plus.
• Paycom experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for full cycle recruitment, including posting, sourcing, screening, selecting, and onboarding.
• Onboarding responsibilities include offer letters, background checks and completing other general compliance requirements.
• Coordinates recruitment fairs, trade shows and open house events to promote career opportunities.
• Manages recruitment advertising and maintains applicant data and databases.
• Ensures compliance with federal and state employment laws throughout recruitment processes.
