Job summary

Physical Intelligence is seeking a Hardware Recruiter to own end-to-end recruiting across mechanical, electrical, firmware, manufacturing, and related hardware roles. The role is based in San Francisco with regular time at the Fremont factory, reporting to the hardware leadership.

You will partner with engineering and operations leaders to design roles, build talent pipelines, and close exceptional candidates who can ship robots and associated hardware at scale.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting, with a focus on hardware roles in companies shipping physical products.
• Strong network you can call on day one and a list of 10+ go-to candidates.
• Real hardware fluency: distinguishing design vs manufacturing, EVT/DVT/PVT concepts.
• Experience across both design engineering and factory/fleet roles in hardware.
• High hiring standards and ability to articulate why great hires matter.
• Resilience in a fast-moving hardware market with urgency to act.
• Analytical, data-driven approach to sourcing and hiring decisions.
• Genuine curiosity about robots and factory environments.
