Job summary

SpaceX's Starlink team is seeking a Talent Sourcer to build talent pipelines across engineering, supply chain, GTM, and business operations. You will partner with recruiters and managers to identify and engage passive candidates, acting as an initial point of contact and driving the search end-to-end.

You will own intake, craft personalized outreach, and maintain robust pipelines while ensuring accurate ATS records and measurable results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 1+ years of recruiting or sourcing experience.
• Experience building pipelines for multiple functions (engineering, supply chain, GTM, business operations).
• Ability to write personalized outreach and engage passive candidates.

Responsibilities

• Build pipelines for hard-to-fill roles across functions.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to identify passive candidates.
• Own search and handoff, ensuring candidates are engaged and closeable.
• Create searchable candidate profiles from role intake and mapping.
• Maintain ATS records and track pipeline metrics.
• Map competitor talent pools and share market insights.
