The role covers full-cycle recruiting and pipeline development in a federal contracting context. The ideal candidate has experience with active clearances (e.g., TS/SCI) and familiarity with FAR/DFARS, labor categories, and government policies.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of technical recruiting experience with a strong focus on cyber and IT in Govcon.
• In-depth understanding of government contracts, FAR/DFARS, labor categories, and security clearance requirements.
• Experience recruiting candidates with active security clearances (e.g., TS/SCI, Secret, Public, DHS, etc.).
• Familiarity with cyber and IT terminologies, certifications (e.g., CISSP, CAP, CISM, CEH, CCNA).
• Proficiency with ATS, recruiting tools, and sourcing platforms (Monster, Indeed, ClearanceJob).
• Excellent verbal and written communication with the ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Source, recruit, and hire qualified candidates for cyber and IT roles within federal contracting and Intelligence Community, including positions needing high-level security clearances.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting from requisition to interviews and offer negotiations.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of pre-qualified candidates for Govcon projects.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and program leads to define requirements and timelines.
• Ensure hiring practices comply with government regulations and labor categories, and accurately track statuses in the ATS.
• Stay current on Govcon market trends, compensation, and regulatory changes.
