Job summary

IOC Company LLC and its affiliates in Texas seeks a detail-oriented accounting professional to manage accounts payable and receivable, maintain accurate financial records, and assist with month-end close. You will process invoices, enter data in the ERP, reconcile statements, and support audits across production and logistics functions.

The role requires strong Excel skills, the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, and good communication with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or related field preferred.
• 3+ years accounting experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP) and data analysis.
• Experience with accounting software and ERP systems preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable and purchasing documentation accurately.
• Process accounts receivable, billing, and cash receipts.
• Post journal entries and assist with monthly close procedures.
• Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and GL accounts.
• Support audit, tax filings, and regulatory compliance.
• Assist with job costing, cost tracking, and inventory reconciliations.
