Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a Recruiter or similar.
• Experience working on highly technical positions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Hands-on experience with selection processes (phone interviewing, references).
• Familiarity with HR databases, ATS and CMS systems.
• BS/MS in Human Resources Management or relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and update job descriptions and specifications.
• Post jobs to appropriate job boards and recruit channels.
• Source and recruit candidates through databases and social media.
• Screen resumes and applications.
