Job summary

Roper St. Francis Healthcare is seeking a Medical Staff Credentialing Coordinator to manage full cycle credentialing and privileging for physicians and allied health professionals.

You will ensure compliance with CMS, TJC, and SC regulations, coordinate with leadership and committees, and support enrollment with payers as needed. The role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and a commitment to privacy while maintaining efficient workflows in a healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Full cycle credentialing, privileging, and enrollment responsibilities.
• Ensure CMS, TJC, NCQA (if applicable), SC laws compliance.
• Prepare and maintain provider files and data for review by committees.
• Maintain privacy and confidentiality across processes.

Responsibilities

• Process credentialing applications and verify education, licensure, and background checks.
• Coordinate with IPN Leader, Credentialing Reviewer, and Medical Staff Leaders.
• Support enrollment efforts with managed care as applicable.
• Maintain accurate provider data and timely turnaround times.
