Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Communications, Psychology, or a related field.
• 0-5 years in recruiting, HR, sales, or a fast-paced customer-facing role.
• Strong communicator and able to interact with various stakeholders.
• Organized and adaptable with multiple open roles and shifting priorities.
• Experience with ATS and multi-platform sourcing (SmartRecruiters or LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus).

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for hourly, sales, and corporate roles nationwide—from sourcing through offer.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, resume databases, networking, and career fairs.
• Review inbound applications daily and maintain a healthy pipeline across active requisitions.
• Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate interview scheduling with hiring managers.
• Draft and extend verbal and written offers; guide candidates through pre-employment screening.
• Post and maintain job listings on the company site, boards, and social media.
• Collect and process new hire paperwork; coordinate onboarding with internal departments.
