Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a recruiter to manage full lifecycle contractor recruitment, from sourcing and screening to interview and offer processing, including onboarding.

The role requires coordinating with the Dedicated Senior Operations Team, Hiring Managers, HR, and the recruitment peers to fill accounts on time. Strong verbal and written communication, multitasking, and customer service skills are essential as the position measures performance by KPIs and recruitment strategy execution

Responsibilities

• Performs end-to-end recruitment processes for contractors, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Maintain relationships with Dedicated Senior Operations Team, Hiring Managers, HR, and recruitment colleagues to ensure account staffing.
• Track and report recruitment progress and market conditions affecting contractor recruitment; meet customer satisfaction targets.
