Job summary

Flare Construction, LLC, a Quanta Services Company, seeks a Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting across its western markets. You’ll partner with hiring managers, build strong postings, source and screen candidates for field, shop, and office roles, and manage interview processes end-to-end.

This in-person role based in Coalville, UT emphasizes real community presence and strong employer branding. You’ll travel 10–15% for job fairs and campus visits, reporting to the HR Generalist.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience preferred (construction or trades industry a plus)
• Familiarity with ATS platforms, sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, and Microsoft Office
• Working knowledge of employment law and recruiting best practices
• A valid driver's license and the ability to travel for events
• Associate's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred
• Excellent communication across multiple channels including social media and events
• Demonstrated ability to manage relationships with external partners and leverage TA platforms
• Outgoing and energetic, with ability to start conversations and build rapport with candidates and managers

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers across Flare's markets to identify staffing needs and build job postings
• Source and screen candidates for field, shop, and office roles
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication from first contact through offer
• Extend offers and kick off background checks, drug screens, and pre-employment documentation
• Own Flare's social media presence and employer branding
• Represent Flare at career fairs, campus visits, and industry events
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates
• Support onboarding logistics with HR Generalist
• Other duties as assigned
