Job summary

Flare Construction, LLC, a Quanta Services Company, is seeking a Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting across Utah's Oil & Gas Infrastructure and Civil projects. You’ll spend time at colleges and in the community building relationships and a robust candidate network.

The role requires partnering with hiring managers, sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, extending offers, and driving our employer brand. In-person Coalville office with travel to events.

Qualifications

• 2+ years recruiting or talent acquisition experience preferred (construction or trades industry a plus).
• Familiarity with ATS platforms, sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, and Microsoft Office.
• Working knowledge of employment law and recruiting best practices.
• A valid driver's license and the ability to travel for events.
• Associate's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers across Flare's Oil & Gas Infrastructure and Civil & ROW Construction markets, as well as admin, shop/fleet, safety, IT, and finance functions, to identify staffing needs and build strong job postings.
• Source and screen candidates for field, shop, and office roles companywide.
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications from first contact through offer.
• Extend offers and kick off background checks, drug screens, and pre-employment documentation.
• Own Flare's social media presence and employer branding.
• Represent Flare at career fairs, campus visits, and industry recruiting events.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates ahead of need.
• Support new-hire onboarding logistics, working closely with our HR Generalist.
• Other duties as assigned
