Job summary

Flare Construction, LLC, a Quanta Services Company, is seeking a Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting for its Coalville, UT operations. You’ll partner with hiring managers across Oil & Gas Infrastructure and Civil & ROW Construction markets, source and screen candidates, and manage interviews and offers.

You’ll also lead employer branding, attend career fairs, and help onboarding with HR. Candidates should have 2+ years in recruiting, ATS/LinkedIn proficiency, and travel flexibility.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience (construction or trades industry a plus).
• Familiarity with ATS platforms, sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, and Microsoft Office.
• Working knowledge of employment law and recruiting best practices.
• A valid driver's license and the ability to travel for events.
• Associate's degree in HR, Business, or related field required (Bachelor's preferred); SHRM-CP, PHR, or a recruiting certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers across Flare's Oil & Gas Infrastructure and Civil & ROW Construction markets to identify staffing needs and build strong job postings.
• Source and screen candidates for field, shop, and office roles companywide.
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication from first contact through offer.
• Extend offers and kick off background checks, drug screens, and pre-employment documentation.
• Own Flare's social media presence (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) and employer branding.
• Represent Flare at career fairs, campus visits, and industry recruiting events.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates ahead of need.
• Support new-hire onboarding logistics, working closely with our HR Generalist.

About this Role

You'll spend real time at local colleges and technical schools, in the community, and at industry events, building the connections and trust that keep great candidates coming to Flare. You'll also own full-cycle recruiting and our employer brand, working closely with our HR Generalist on onboarding and other duties in our Coalville office.

Work Environment

This is an in-person role based out of our Coalville, UT office. When you're not representing Flare at a job fair, campus visit, or recruiting event, you'll be working from the Coalville office alongside the HR team — this is not a remote or hybrid position. Candidates must be willing and able to report to the Coalville office regularly.

Approximately 10–15% travel is required for job fairs, campus visits, and recruiting events.
